The short version

We sell heavyweight garments printed to order and shipped from our production partner in Guangzhou. Prices, shipping and duties are shown before you pay. Made-to-order pieces are not returnable for a change of mind; if something arrives damaged, wrong or not as described, we make it right.

Who we are

The shop at shop.metatronmind.com is operated by Clifton Morris, an individual trading as Metatron Mind, of PO Box 73, New Plymouth, Idaho 83655, United States. There is no separate registered entity. Questions and notices: [email protected].

Orders

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if a piece is unavailable, a price or description was wrong, or we suspect fraud — and where payment was taken we refund it in full.

Prices, payment and tax

All prices are in US dollars. The total shown at checkout is the amount charged and includes the goods, shipping and any duties or taxes stated as included. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details.

Shipping

Pieces are made to order and shipped from our production partner in Guangzhou. Transit is up to 21 days after production, as shown at checkout. Duties and taxes are included (DDP) where the checkout says so — there is nothing to pay at the door. Please give a complete and correct delivery address; we are not responsible for delays or costs caused by an incorrect address, or by a change in the destination's import rules after the order was placed. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Cancellation

Because pieces are printed to order, contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We will try to cancel before production starts; once production starts, an order may no longer be changeable or cancellable. Nothing here limits statutory rights.

Returns and defects

Made-to-order pieces are not returnable for a change of mind. If a piece arrives damaged, is the wrong item or size, or is not as described, email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a refund. This does not limit any statutory rights you have.

Sizing

Size information is given on each piece page. Garments are measured flat; allow for normal tolerances. If a size is unclear, email before ordering — we would rather answer a question than receive a return.

The work

The designs, photographs, text and code on this site are ours or used with permission. Please do not copy or resell them. The shop does not accept customer-uploaded artwork.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do. An order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed.
